The LinDA project has recently had a successful demo / presentation at SEMANTiCS 2015 conference (#semantics2015), the annual meeting place for professionals who make semantic computing work, and understand its benefits and know its limitations, held in Vienna, Austria.

Every year, SEMANTiCS attracts information managers, IT-architects, software engineers, and researchers, from organisations ranging from NPOs, universities, public administrations to the largest companies in the world and it is considered the major event for our community bridging between research, industry and public administration.

LinDA was presented on Thursday, September 17th, 2015 during Session 4.4 “Tools and Methods” through a Poster Flashlight “Linked Data Analytics for Business Intelligence SMEs: A Pilot Case in the Pharmaceutical Sector”.

The project results have been illustrated by Barbara Kapourani, Eleni Fotopoulou, Anastasios Zafeiropoulos, Dimitris Papaspyros, Spyros Mouzakitis and Sotiris Koussouris, National Technical University of Athens, DSS Lab, Ubitech, to the event attendants (around 200 people participated).
